“GREEN FROM THE BOTTLE” is an environmental approach by ELTTOB TEP ISSEY MIYAKE, which agrees with the reforestation activities of “more trees.”

From April 16 (THU) to May 6 (WED), an installation will be exhibited to allow visitors feel familiar with the activities of “more trees,” which mainly aim to restore forests that absorb CO2.
In addition, throughout the year, we will offer ELTTOB TEP ISSEY MIYAKE original related products that give part of their sales to charities. Also, the “No Wrapping Movement,” which provides part of the packaging costs, that were unused in occasions where customers agreed not to use shopping bags, to support environmental activities, will be implemented during the year.

We hope that our effort will motivate you to think together about the environment, and will lead you to put ideas into practice

“more trees” is a limited intermediate corporation established by five founders, namely Ryuichi Sakamoto, Haruomi Hosono, Yukihiro Takahashi, Shinichi Nakazawa and Moichi Kuwahara, as well as more than 100 supporters from all quarters. True to its name, under the slogan of “more trees,” the corporation implements activities in order to increase trees, to multiply the number of healthy forests, to augment the amount of CO2 absorbed by forests, and to restore the water retaining capacity and the capability to develop biodiversity that are inherent to forests.
The corporation wishes to become a universal platform wherein everyone can share the real sense of joy that reforestation is progressing, and aims to cause a movement that makes progress in realizing a society, which relies on natural energy derived as a gift from forests, water and sunshine.
